(Hartford, OH)...Everything is a go for tonight's fourth installment of “Steel Valley Thunder with the green flag at 7 p.m. featuring the Governor Insurance Agency Big-Block Modifieds, Barris Supply FASTRAK Late Models, Ainsley 500 Heating & Cooling E-Mods, Gibson Insurance Agency Stock Cars, and the Presidential Lawn Care Mini Stocks. Tonight is Trumbull County School Night. Sharon actually will look to complete the sixth Saturday show out of seven tries tonight.
Because of the wet grounds still and after last night’s drenching rains, the last two week's parking procedure will again be in effect. Fans will enter the facility from the East gate, which is located behind the backstretch grandstands; from there, cars will be directed to park on the asphalt of the old speedway on the outside of turns three and four.
“I really want to thank all the fans for bearing with us through this, stated second year GM Dave Willoughby. “We’ve had great crowds the last two weeks and I hope everyone comes out and enjoys a great night of racing tonight. The weather looks promising with only a slight chance of shower this afternoon.
Pit gates open at 4 with grandstands at 5 and racing at 7. Adult admission is $13, while students 9-13 are $5, and children eight and under are free. Family passes are $32. Pit passes are $25.
Remember, for those that were in attendance Friday night, you can bring your rain check tonight for a $3 discount.
