By Mike Leone

May 10, 2011 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Hartford, OH)…King Bros. Feed Supply and Redi Mix will present a new kids bike giveaway program beginning this Saturday night, May 14 at Sharon Speedway. Kids 4 to 14 will be able to sign up weekly up until intermission. If either Rex King, Sr. or Rex King, Jr. wins the Governor Insurance Agency Big-Block Modified feature, a boy and a girl’s name will be drawn in victory lane. The winners then must be present the following week to receive their bikes.

“I have to thank the King Family for getting involved in this promotion, stated second year GM Dave Willoughby. “It’s important for us to be able to keep the youth involved in racing and give them something to look forward to each week. The winners will even get a chance to ride their bikes on the speedway later this year in the kids’ bike races.

Rex King, Sr. is off to a strong start in 2011 winning two of the first four Big-Block Modified features and has the early point lead. “Cooter King meanwhile turned in his first top five finish last Saturday night in third and would love to capture his career first win and be able to allow two youngsters to win bikes.

Sharon will be in action this Friday and Saturday night with “Friday Night Thunder at 7:30 p.m. and “Steel Valley Thunder on Saturday night at 7 p.m. More information on these events will be released later this week.
