Nothing gets your heart racing – or kicks up the dirt – like dirt track racing at Sharon Speedway. Here’s everything you need to know about our track and facilities.
Track: 3/8-mile, high-banked dirt and clay oval. Racing has taken place on this speedway since 1929.
Schedules: Our race season runs May through September. Our Saturday night programs begins at 7 PM with pits opening at 4 and grandstand gates opening at 5. Special events may have different starting times.
Individual Tickets: Adults (14 & up) – $15; Kids 13 & under FREE! Pit passes – $30. Special events have increased pricing. Available at the speedway ticket windows or by calling 330-772-5481.

Competing Weekly Divisions: RUSH Sportsman Modifieds, Stock Cars & Econo Mods. The “410” Sprints, Big-Block Modifieds, RUSH Sprint Cars, "305" Sprint Cars, and UMP Mods will compete in numerous events. Check the schedule for dates and divisions racing as they may change from time to time for special events.
Special Events: World of Outlaws Sprint Cars, World of Outlaws Late Models, Lou Blaney Memorial, Ohio Sprint Speedweek, Western PA Sprint Speedweek & Penn-Ohio Pro Stock Championship Series
Facilities: Three-story Speedway Club Building which houses the ticket offices, concession stands, souvenir stands, enclosed grandstands, restrooms, guest services, VIP suites (patio boxes), press box and the track offices. Tour our facilities now.
Parking: Free parking available with special accommodations provided for patrons with handicaps or disabilities.
Concessions: Enjoy a wide variety of delicious, freshly- prepared foods including, chicken, sausage sandwiches, hot dogs, burgers, fries and beverages along with the new Speedway Grille featuring MTO burgers, pulled pork & more! NOTE: Outside food & beverages are not permitted.
Souvenir Stands: Take the excitement home with official Sharon Speedway gear, NASCAR clothing, Blaney apparel, and other racing novelties.

Pets: For the safety of all our patrons, pets are NOT PERMITTED in the grandstand area.
Grandstand Rules: In an effort to continue to host affordable racing and concession prices, carry-in coolers are NOT permitted nor is outside food & beverages. Also, stadium chairs are NOT permitted for special events. There may be designated areas in the grandstands that are roped off which have been sold to an organization and are reserved for that night. Season ticket holders also have reserved seats for the entire season.
Alcohol:Ohio Revised Code 4301.62 prohibits the carry in or carry out of alcoholic beverages. For those fans over the age 21, alcohol can be purchased inside the track gates.
Rain Check Policy:
Weekly Event: If races are cancelled during qualifying events (heat races or consolations) face value of that evening’s ticket will be honored at either one of the next two (2) weekly events. If qualifying events have been completed, no rain checks are honored. The event is considered complete, and features will be scheduled in the following weeks.
Special Event: If races are cancelled during qualifying events (heat races, consolations or dashes), rain checks will be honored for the face value of the ticket at the rescheduled event. If the event is not rescheduled, refunds would be offered. If races are cancelled after qualifying events, no rain checks are honored. Rescheduling is at the discretion of the sanctioning body of the special event.

Pit Area: All minors must have a Minor Release Form completed and signed by BOTH parents and/or legal guardian(s) at the speedway. Minors will be issued a Minor Release Card and are required to show their card each night when signing for their pit pass.
