HARTFORD, Ohio (September 1, 2010) - Sharon Speedway is proud to announce the win the winners of 6 PAK Saturday season points winners.
In Governor Insurance Inc. Big Blocks, Rex King Sr. (Bristolville, Ohio) became points champion - his first track title since 1996. King narrowly edged out Del Rougeux and Kevin Bolland.

Jack Sodeman Jr. (North Jackson) had previously been named the Gibson Insurance Agency 410 Sprints champion.
This Saturday at Sharon Speedway will be the Labor Day Special with the American Sprint Car Series and a $1,000-to-win Open Stock special. Limited Sprints and Hobby Stocks will also be in action. Gates open at 4 p.m. with racing at 6 p.m.
Coming up on Sept. 17 and 18, Sharon Speedway will host the Apple Fest Nationals that will feature FASTRAK Late Models on Friday, E-Mods, Open Stocks, 2 bbl E-Mods, Sportsman, Hobby Stocks and Limited Sprints on Friday night.
On Saturday, the Russ King Memorial, the FASTRAK Late Models will run another feature and the BRP Modified Tour will take the 3/8-mile oval. Also on Saturday, there will be another Open Stock feature, Stars Mod Lites, E-Mods and Hobby Stocks.
